Two Zero has published its Two Zero Female video giving an in-depth look into the 12-week Female scale-up programme which took place during lockdown earlier this year.
The video features interviews with Two Zero programme manager Amin Vepari and Jane Dalton, director at Groundswell Innovation which helped to deliver Two Zero Female.
There are also interviews with Emma Woan, Education Business Partnership and Laura Leyland, Fresh Perspective, two of the eight female business leaders to benefit from the scale-up programme.
Two Zero Female was originally designed to give female leaders the tools to continue their high-growth but shifted focus as the economic effects of coronavirus took hold.
It focused on building resilience and helping the eight female business leaders on the programme focus on their long-term goals. While engaged with Two Zero, the business leaders gained the confidence to access new streams of funding and focus more heavily on business development.
In total, the businesses who took part in the programme employed 286 members of staff with a combined turnover of more than £19m.
The Two Zero Female video is the first of three videos from Two Zero profiling the success of the first three Two Zero pilot programmes: Two Zero Female, Two Zero Social Enterprise and Two Zero Scaleup Resurgence.
