Scale to Sale
High impact growth programme to help scaleup founders and owners prepare their company for exit or investment.
A collaboration between Two Zero and award-winning Lancashire sales training company Sales Geek, Scale to Sale will help scaleup owners develop their proposition, sales strategy, brand and finances while planning for their future so they are attractive to investors and investees.
If you’re an ambitious owner of a fast-growing Lancashire business assessing your options for the future, this tailored programme is for you.
Sales Geek is itself a scaleup business, having doubled turnover year-on-year each of the last five years. Through the six-month programme the company will help you accelerate your growth in a controlled way, delving into why your business exists, your brand and marketing, your purpose and your customers. Scale to Sale will also help you develop more robust business planning including your exit strategy to make your business attractive to investors and investees.
