Your Sales Director

Unique match funded access to a sales director to work within your business to overhaul or refine your sales strategy, helping you scale through revenue growth.

Two Zero has joined forces with Lancashire scaleup business and sales firm Sales Geek to deliver an impactful sales service.

Through Two Zero, Lancashire County Council will provide match funded places for ambitious Lancashire businesses to benefit from Sales Geek’s Your Sales Director service, giving scaleup leadership teams access to an expert sales director working directly within their business for up to four days.

Hiring a sales director is a big step. While a sales director can help grow a company’s customer base and drive revenue growth, they often command a high salary, making it a difficult commitment for growing SMEs.

Your Sales Director is for businesses looking to scale their sales operations. You might be experiencing growth in demand that is difficult to keep up with or an unexpected downturn.

The service provides access to an experienced sales director who will work directly with your company over the course of either two or four days (two options available).

They will work with you to explore, improve and build capacity in:

  • Processes and systems
  • Sales and operational infrastructure
  • Analysis and planning
  • Sales revenue

Sales Geek’s experts available to scaleup businesses through the programme are:

Darren Neill

Darren Neill

Darren has been in sales for over 30 years and has worked at director level for the last 15. His roles have ranged from vice president of global sales to managing director at two startups, taking them from zero to a million sales inside three years.

Graeme has over 20 years of sales leadership experience where he has led sales teams at a local, national, and international scale. He has worked at a senior level in large corporate environments and as a sales director for SMEs.

In one of his roles he was part of a leadership team which integrated six SMEs into one national organisation as part of a strategic merger.
