Northern Power Women is a catalyst for workplace gender diversity from the North. Through monthly podcasts, social discussions and transformative events, NPW reaches out to over 50,000 people and works to showcase and connect this tidal wave of role models who are making change happen now.
Its partnership with Lancashire County Council is the first of its kind in the North, demonstrating Lancashire’s pioneering commitment to female founders.

Already growing turnover or staff 20% per year and looking to continue
